When do the Checks get mailed?

Consider, we have a Weekly Compensation Plan with Monthly Qualifications. That means that after the Pay Period ends every Tuesday night, we start the Commission Run. Then, on Friday, the checks are issued and put in the mail from the Corporate Office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

You can see your Commission Earnings before you receive it in the mail in your back office under Commission Tools. Click on Check Register to see the amount. Then, if you want to know what the payment was earned on, look to the right, and click on Details. The Details for the Check will be broken down according to the Compensation Plan.

This is a reminder that the close of each business week is midnight (CT) each Tuesday. Keep this in mind when placing orders and enrolling new distributors.

YOUR FUTURE IS IN THE FOLLOW-UP

Have you ever heard, “I talk to lots of people, but they don’t seem to buy products or come to the meeting. What am I doing wrong?” Or perhaps you have even asked this question yourself!

Contacting new people is one thing, but it does little for your business unless you can develop in them an interest in the products or marketing plan. And since some people are reluctant to buy or sponsor the first time you mention eXfuze to them, your future success with them will be determined by the quality of your follow up.

Consistent, effective follow up is one of the most important habits you can develop in your business. And, it is not that difficult to master. It is simply a matter of communicating with people on a regular basis to increase their level of trust in you and the Company to the point that they purchase product or sponsor into your network. Sometimes this is accomplished with just a few contacts; other times it may require years, but as long as the contacts are consistent and pleasant, your chances of success are quite high.

Follow up can be in the form of a telephone call, letter, email or personal visit; but regardless of the method, the message is the same: you want to remind them of yourself and the product or opportunity. Follow up should be customized to fit the people on your list. If they are customers, for example, you should thank them for their purchase, check to see if they are using the product correctly, offer to answer questions, tell them about the eXfuze products that may interest them, ask for referrals, and ask them for reorders.

Follow up with Distributors in your network should include training, encouragement and recognition. As a sponsor, it is especially important to follow up with your new Distributors, by making sure they are getting the training and answers they need to grow their eXfuze business.

Here are some examples of what you can say in various follow-up situations:
When calling a customer to ask for a reorder: “I’ ll be placing an order for products tomorrow, and I didn’t want to leave you out; can I order something for you?”
When calling a prospective recruit who hasn’t come to a meeting yet: “You really ought to check out the eXfuze Opportunity, it’s a perfect fit for you!”
When someone has just joined your Distributor network:
“Congratulations, and welcome to the eXfuze family! I would like to go through the New Distributor Orientation with you; do you have an hour tonight or would tomorrow be better?”
When calling someone to whom you have given a DVD or literature: “What did you think of the DVD I left you?”
Many of our successful Distributors take the time to write down a few questions that they want to ask before calling their contacts. The best questions to ask are those that require more than a yes or no answer; they begin with what, who, how many, or when. This helps them stay focused during the conversation.

Whatever method you choose, or whatever questions you ask, remember that the objective with follow up is to develop a relationship of trust and confidence. As this happens, you will be in the position to be a positive influence in the lives of all those you touch with eXfuze!

Create an Inexpensive Home Gym

Spring is coming soon, and with warmer temperatures comes less bulky clothes to hide under. Maybe you’ve already lost the excess weight but now need some muscle toning. Or maybe your weight loss efforts need a boost. Either way, a little exercise is the answer. It packs a fat-blasting one-two punch. Heart-revving activities burn calories and fat while building muscle keeps your metabolism stoked to continue burning more calories — even at rest! And toned muscles make you look sleeker and healthier. It’s a win-win-win!

You can strengthen your body without having to spend a fortune on expensive, complicated equipment or a trendy gym membership. A handy home gym is easy, fun and inexpensive to assemble. And you get the added bonus of privacy and convenience. Some of it is even kids’ play!

Here are five simple ideas to create your gym and get your heart and muscles in peak condition:

1. Resistance bands: These stretchy tubes or cords are a great multi-purpose work-out tool. They’re perfect for any fitness level, easy to take anywhere and add variety to exercises for both the upper and lower body. You can find them in an assortment of sizes and resistances. The bands help with coordination, balance and use several muscle groups at once. You can control the tension by your positioning or where you hold the band.

2. Hand weights: These weights come in many sizes and are a simple way to build your upper body strength. As you get stronger, you can increase the weight, but 5-pound weights are a good size for most people. For maximum benefit, aim for two to three sets of eight to 15 repetitions three times a week. Take a day off in between weight lifting. In a pinch, use canned goods or milk jugs filled with sand or water!

3. Exercise videos: Exercise videos have come a long way since shiny leotards and leg warmers. You can find a video for every fitness level and targeted at nearly every body part. Beyond basic aerobics, choose kickboxing, yoga, pilates, basic strengthening, fitness walking or simply sweating to the “oldies.” Who knew watching TV could be so healthy?

4. Stair steps: Going up and down the steps in your house doesn’t have to be a chore — consider it a body-building workout! To rev up your heart, quickly walk up and down steps several times. Or take them two at a time to strengthen legs. Another option is to stand at the bottom of the steps and repeatedly step up one stair, alternating the leading leg.

5. Kids’ toys: For a good cardio workout plus coordination building and core strengthening, borrow your kids’ jump rope and hula hoop. Crank up the music and compete with your kids for how long you can go. You’ll have fun and get in shape!

Another inexpensive activity — although you may have to leave home to do it — is walking.

POLICY UPDATE

3.2.2 : Spamming and Unsolicited Faxes

Except as provided in this section, EIDs may not use or transmit unsolicited faxes, mass e-mail distribution, unsolicited e-mail, or "spamming" relative to the operation of their eXfuze businesses. The terms "unsolicited faxes" and unsolicited e-mail mean the transmission via telephone facsimile or electronic mail, respectively, of any material or information advertising or promoting eXfuze, its products, its compensation plan or any other aspect of the company which is transmitted to any person, except that these terms do not include a fax or e-mail: (a) to any person with that person's prior express invitation or permission; or (b) to any person with whom the EID has an established business or personal relationship. The term "established business or personal relationship" means a prior or existing relationship formed by a voluntary two way communication between an EID and a person, on the basis of: (a) an inquiry, application, purchase or transaction by the person regarding products offered by such EID; (b) a personal or familial relationship, which relationship has not been previously terminated by either party.

How We Define Spam We define spam as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email, Unsolicited Bulk Email , or Unsolicited Facsimiles, which is email or facsimile sent to recipients as an advertisement or otherwise, without first obtaining prior confirmed consent to receive these communications from the sender. This can include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Email Messages
2. Newsgroup postings
3. Windows system messages
4. Pop-up messages (aka "adware" or "spyware" messages)
5. Instant messages (using AOL, MSN, Yahoo or other instant messenger programs)
6. Online chat room advertisements
7. Guestbook or website Forum postings
8. Facsimile Solicitations
9. Facebook
10. MySpace
11. Twitter

Any Independent Distributor found in violation of this rule risks suspension or termination of their Independent Distributorship. Please be advised that any legal or monetary fines imposed upon eXfuze LLC, based upon your actions, will be your responsibility and not the responsibility of eXfuze.

VIVAKIDS UPDATE

The schools are currently out on summer vacation returning August. Dan and Rich are currently coordinating the process for regular shipping and storing VivaKids bars to the Dominican Republic. The construction of a house for a family of 10 is continuing as planned. Final versions of collateral material promoting the VivaKids program, which will be distributed to eXfuze distributors, are being created and finalized this week. Revisions are also being made to the VivaKids website.
