eXfuze has a Weekly Compensation Plan with Monthly Qualifications!!

Let’s review in simple terms how the computer looks at this issue.

The computer closes out the weekly Commission Run by looking back in time 30 days every TUESDAY at MIDNIGHT CENTRAL STANDARD TIME to ensure that you are Personally Active with 100Personal Volume (PV) for your part of the Binary Commission qualifications and 200PV for your Fast Start Match Bonus! This is not a calendar month, but looking back in time 30 days every Tuesday night. We have a pay program that funds us weekly! Make sure you are qualified quickly by checking into the NEW page named, “Business Overview” under “My eXfuze Team” on the Toolbar in your Back Office.

 

CLOSE OF BUSINESS WEEK - DECEMBER 2ND

This is a reminder that the close of each business week is midnight (CT) each Tuesday. Keep this in mind when placing orders and enrolling new distributors.

A couple of weeks ago I had a conversation with a seasoned Network Marketer who told me that between Thanksgiving and New Year’s day the networking business just about comes to a halt.

This completely shocked me because as members we work hard all year long trying to get people together to talk about our products, our company and our opportunity. Now, during the most social time of the year our business comes to a halt?

We at the office would like to issue you a challenge! Accept every invitation you get to any holiday party whether it be a family party, a neighborhood party, an office party, or maybe a church function. Take along your favorite product and let people try it. I guarantee it will stimulate a conversation with someone there.

Conversations lead to questions, questions lead to solutions, solutions lead to new relationships whether it might be a retail customer, or maybe the member you’ve been looking for to help grow your business to the next level. You never know who that might be so let everyone you come in contact with know about you’re new business.

6 Stress Relief Tips for the Holidays

Let’s face it — amid all that holiday cheer lurks a good deal of stress as well. It’s not uncommon for all that shopping, planning, prepping and partying to leave you feeling pooped.

Don’t let stress get the best of you. Use the following tips to stay relaxed and in control this season:

1. Follow the well-researched basics of getting enough sleep and exercise, and eat a healthy, balanced diet. During stressful times, you need these basics more than ever.

2. Practice relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation or deep breathing. One great stress buster is inhaling through your nose to the count of four. Then exhale through your mouth to the count of eight.

3. Stay in regular contact with family and friends so you don’t feel isolated.

4. Everyone loves a holiday card. Write a note to friends even if you haven’t seen them in years. Bonus: It brings more cards back your way!

5. Turn off the TV and turn on the music instead a couple times a week. Choose soothing music or sing-a-long to comforting holiday music.

6. Take time to do things that make you feel good, like taking a bubble bath or enjoying aromatherapy candles. It’s a gift to yourself!


IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE UPDATE

How to Avoid Making a Medical Claim

As a distributor and consumer of eXfuze, you are obviously eager to tell everyone about the great product you use – and why you think everyone should try the product. The tricky part, however, is doing so without actually making a medical claim. So the question you find yourself asking is: How do I inform my potential customers and downlines about the wonderful benefits that the product has to offer without making a medical claim? The answer is simple: Let them try the product for themselves!

At eXfuze we sell our product as a dietary supplement – not as a drug. That is because, according to federal law, the general public and our distributors are not allowed to sell drugs. Therefore, we fully comply with the FDA guidelines and regulations. We as a company – and you as an independent distributor – are not allowed to make any medical claims.

What is a ‘Medical Claim’?

A medical claim would imply that a particular product could be used to “diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure or prevent a specific disease or class of diseases”. Additionally you may not reference certain results of using our products. In fact, there are a couple of misconceptions related to this that you may inadvertently believe to be okay when talking about the products:

* Citing second hand or personal testimonials. For example, you excitedly tell a prospective customer that after having taken product “X” ailment or disease was ‘cured’. In this case, you have just referenced a specific result of having used the product, and you would actually be making a medical claim; this unfortunately, would also be a violation of federal law. Instead, you could generalize the benefits you noticed by stating, “Since taking product “X” I have never felt better!”

* Quoting the professional opinions of “experts” This is another common misconception that is easy to make if you are not aware of the legal limitations. Let’s say you found a great book by a group of experts who have done studies on a particular disease, and these studies they have found that aloe, for example had curative effects on this disease. While obvious temptation would promote this book along with a particular product, this would be considered an “extension of the label”. In other words, you would indirectly be claiming that this product “cured” the disease that the authors were discussing in their book. Again, you would be referencing specific results of using our products, which is not allowed under federal law.

Remember, the FDA does not take medical claims lightly – and neither do we. While you may occasionally hear distributors from other companies making such claims when selling their products, just because they do it does not make it justifiable – or legal – for you to do the same.

At eXfuze, we hold our product and business ethic to the highest standard, and we ask that you help us by doing the same. Please make time to review any materials you have independently printed- such as handouts, brochures, books, etc – as well as any information you have posted on your personal website or your company replicated website. Eliminate any words that ‘diagnose, mitigate, treat, cure or prevent’ as well as the names of or words that imply any diseases. Then contact the Compliance Department to submit your printed material for final approval.

Making medical claims - whether it’s inadvertent or not - puts you at risk. We have all experienced the benefits if using the product. Now let your customers experience the benefits first hand, and you will find the sell themselves!

We know that promoting the product is an important part of your business, we are providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to effectively – and legally – do so.
